MIGRATION SERVICES


In order to provide migration advice and assistance, an individual must be a Registered Migration Agent (RMA).

The Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) regulates the industry and has a Code of Conduct that all RMAs must act in accordance with. If an RMA does not comply with the Code of Conduct they may have their registration suspended or even cancelled.

The MARA also keeps a register of all current RMAs which can be viewed on their website - www.themara.com.au

Migration services offered by HDC International include the following:
    *Initial assessment of client's situation

    *Complete management of visa application process from initial assessment to final decision from DIAC

    *Consultation based service (e.g. client brings documents to be reviewed prior to their private lodgement of an application)

    *Appeals to the Migration Review Tribunal,Administrative Appeals Tribunal, etc.

    *Assistance with applying for Citizenship
